Creating Your Account

Sign Up

  1. Navigate to app.onflowstack.com/auth/register
  2. Enter your details:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Password (minimum 8 characters, must include uppercase, lowercase, and a number)
  3. Click Create Account
  4. Check your email for a verification link and click it

Choose Your Plan

FlowStack offers several plans to fit your needs:

You can start with the Free plan and upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing.

Dashboard Overview

After signing in, you'll see the main dashboard with:

  • Automations — Your workflows across both engines
  • Connections — Connected apps and services (1,000+ available)
  • AI Studio — Build and manage AI agents
  • Tables — Built-in database for your automations
  • Marketplace — Browse and install community templates
  • Observability — Monitor execution history, metrics, and logs

Inviting Team Members

On Team and Enterprise plans:

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email and select a role:
    • Admin — Full access, can manage billing and team
    • Editor — Can create and edit automations
    • Viewer — Read-only access to automations and logs
  4. They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace
