FlowStack is a unified automation platform built for teams that need workflow automation, AI agents, and real-time monitoring in a single tool.

Dashboard​

The central hub for all your automations. From here you can:

  • View all flows across both engines with status, run counts, and last execution time
  • Search and filter by name, status (active/inactive), or engine type
  • Run, edit, activate/deactivate, or delete any automation
  • Access both builder interfaces (Flow Builder and Workflow Builder)

Automations​

Create and manage automation workflows using two engines:

  • Flow Builder — Visual drag-and-drop builder with 687+ pieces. Opens in an embedded iframe within the dashboard with seamless SSO authentication.
  • Workflow Builder — Advanced node-based editor with 880+ node types. Full JavaScript/Python code execution, sub-workflows, and advanced expressions.

Both engines support manual, scheduled, webhook, and app-event triggers.

AI Studio​

Build intelligent AI agents that can:

  • Process natural language queries
  • Use tools and functions to interact with external systems
  • Maintain conversation memory across interactions
  • Chain multiple AI models together (LangChain integration)
  • Deploy as API endpoints or embed in workflows

Supported AI providers: OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Groq, Mistral, and more.
