The Metrics Dashboard provides visual charts and graphs to track automation performance over time.
Available Charts
Runs Over Time
Line chart showing the number of executions per hour/day/week. Useful for understanding automation volume and detecting spikes or drops.
Success Rate Trend
Line chart showing the percentage of successful runs over time. A declining success rate indicates emerging issues that need attention.
Execution Duration
Bar chart showing average execution time by flow. Identify slow automations that may need optimization.
Status Distribution
Pie chart breaking down runs by status (Succeeded, Failed, Running) for a selected time period.
Top Flows by Volume
Bar chart ranking flows by number of executions. Identify your most active automations.
Error Frequency
Bar chart showing the most common errors across all automations. Prioritize fixes for the most impactful failures.
Time Ranges
Select the time range for all charts:

Key Metrics

| Total Runs | All executions in the period | Count of runs |
| Success Rate | Percentage of successful runs | Succeeded / Total × 100 |
| Avg Duration | Mean execution time | Sum of durations / Count |
| Error Rate | Percentage of failed runs | Failed / Total × 100 |
| P95 Duration | 95th percentile execution time | Slowest 5% threshold |
| Active Flows | Flows that executed at least once | Distinct flow count |
Accessing the Dashboard
- Go to Observability in the left sidebar
- The dashboard loads with the last 7 days by default
- Adjust the time range using the date picker
- Hover over any chart for detailed tooltips
- Click any data point to drill down to specific runs
