Observability Overview

FlowStack provides comprehensive monitoring tools to track automation performance, debug failures, and ensure reliability.

Dashboard Metrics​

The Observability dashboard shows real-time metrics across all your automations:

  • Total Runs — Cumulative executions across all flows
  • Success Rate — Percentage of runs that completed successfully
  • Active Flows — Number of currently active automations
  • Failed Runs — Runs that encountered errors (with quick links to details)

Accessing Observability​

From the Dashboard​

  1. Click Observability in the left sidebar for the global overview
  2. See aggregated metrics across all automations

Per-Flow Monitoring​

  1. Go to Automations in the dashboard
  2. Each flow shows its run count, success rate, and last execution time
  3. Click View Runs on any flow for detailed execution history

From Inside the Builder​

  1. Open any flow in the builder
  2. Click the Runs tab to see execution history for that specific flow
  3. Click any run to see step-by-step input/output data
